Payment Terms
We accept cash or check upon delivery. We also accept
Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
Delivery Charges For Corporate
Catering in Northern Virginia and Washington DC
Delivery charges depend upon distance, quantity of food delivered and whether a return trip, to pick up equipment, is necessary. Our minimum delivery charge is $25.00, with a minimum return pickup charge of $25.00. Please allow 15-20 minutes, early or late, due to traffic conditions. Our couriers must depart your site within 15 minutes of arrival for us to ensure the timely delivery of our next client's orders.
Requests
for early morning, late afternoon, weekend or holiday deliveries
are subject to additional
charges.
Caterer's Equipment
Client is responsible for safeguarding our equipment
(i.e. chafing dishes, coffee urns, serving
utensils, baskets,
linens, etc.)
until it is picked up; normally the following
business day. Client is
responsible for any lost or damaged equipment.
Cancellations For Corporate
Catering in Northern Virginia and Washington DC Only:
24 hours required; otherwise, client responsible
for full payment.
